Cakes, Cakes, Cakes

My last cake for course 3. I skipped course 2. So, I still need to take that. This was a fondant and royal icing class. I've never used fondant before, nor have I used royal icing. I enjoyed the class very much. I plan on practicing really hard so I'll be even better. This cake has royal icing flowers. They took me three hours to do. The leaves are butter creme, and the rest of the cake is fondant.Irishfoxx
